Tree Description


Small tree with small yellow green flowers.
        Grows well  first 20-25 years and is fully matured at  50 years.

 


 Leaf Description
 
Leaf is simple, opposite, generally oval but may have lobed margins. Approximately 2 and 1/2 inches long.  Green above and paler below.

Bark   

Bark Description
       

The bark is dark brown and very rough and shaggy.

    Buds are large and pointed with reddish-brown overlapping scales.
