Spend-A-Day Information

Would you like to spend a day at Althoff and experience high school first hand? Any student seriously considering attending Althoff currently in the 6th through 8th grade may spend a day with us and attend classes with a current student. You will also be given a free lunch! There are just a few restrictions. Your day at ACHS must be a day when you are not in school but we are. You must be in our dress code – shirt with collar and NO JEANS.

Please complete and return this form at least 48 hours in advance of your proposed visit. Space is limited, reserve your spot early.

This program is intended for grade school students wishing to experience Althoff prior to attending. High School students seriously considering transferring to Althoff who would like to spend the day must follow the additional requirements. A parent or guardian must come for a tour of Althoff and meet with our Registrar regarding the requirements for transferring. After this has been accomplished, arrangements can be made for the student to spend the day at Althoff.

School starts at 8:20 a.m., except on Wednesday which starts at 9:25 a.m., please check in at least ten minutes prior to starting time in the Development Office, Room 101. If you have other questions, please feel free to call Althoff at 235-1124 and ask for Mrs. Gaither or Mr. McFarland.

Fathers & Friends Bingo

Please support the bingo every Monday evening at the Catholic Knights and Ladies at 2800 North Illinois in Belleville. Bingo begins at 7:00pm. The proceeds benefit Althoff students and recently reached the "Million Dollar Mark!"
We thank the dedicated volunteers of the bingo.

Althoff's Bingo night has become one of the highest attended at CKL of I.
Volunteers are needed!
Some of the current workers have been volunteering at Bingo since it started on
July 10, 1972. New fathers are needed. Come meet a great bunch of Fathers & Friends who have been raising money for Althoff for over 35 years. Guaranteed you'll have a good time. Fathers are needed from 6:00 to 7:00/8:30. Volunteering once a month would be great, but we won't stop you if you want to join us more.
