Liturgical dance is a special and unique form of prayer expressed through the movement of your body.  Its origin dates back to when King David danced before the Lord with all of his might.  If you are looking for another avenue to praise Him, you can step into an intimate relationship with God through liturgical dance.  It is inspirational and fulfilling as well as fun.
