    The purpose of this organization shall be to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students.

    Requirements:

    • Unweighted GPA of 3.5
    • Co-curricular activities - includes clubs, teams, musical groups, etc. and major accomplishments in each activity
    • Leadership positions - includes elected or appointed positions in school, community or work in which you were directly involved in guiding others
    • Service activities - includes group or individual activities and school or community functions
    • Other community activities - work, recognition and awards in which you participated for the betterment of your community, including church, scouts, etc.

    Invitations for membership are sent to juniors at the start of the second semester for induction in the spring.  Grade point average is the initial criteria for selection.  Successful completion of the activities survey and review by the Academic Counsel is the final appraisal for membership.

    Anyone on Phase III is not eligible for membership.
