Each year, the anatomy classes suture pigs' feet.  Mrs. Burrows, Tara Burrows's mother, who is a nurse practitioner came into Mrs. Newton's anatomy classes to teach the students this technique.  Most of the equipment was donated by local hospitals.  The students gained much knowledge from the demonstration and learned a great deal from their hands-on work.
